Data Deletion Instructions
Clients could request deletion of information associated with the P&V Law accident-claims portal.
How to request deletion
- Sign in using the same account used to create the claim space.
- Open Messages and send a request titled “Delete my portal data”.
- Include the claim reference shown at the top of the portal. Do not resend medical documents.
What happened next
P&V Law would verify the requester’s identity, acknowledge the request through the portal, and explain what could be deleted. Information not subject to a continuing legal, professional, regulatory, insurance, limitation, or dispute-preservation obligation would be removed or anonymised as applicable.
Identity sign-in
Deleting a P&V Law portal record did not delete the client’s separate ChatGPT account. Clients could manage that identity account directly with its provider.
A deletion request did not affect records that P&V Law was legally or professionally required to retain.
